Return window
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including original packaging and tags. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, please follow the steps below.
- Contact us at info@livinggreenhomes.org to initiate a return.
- Ensure all your products are in their original packaging and placed in the parcel securely.
- Include the order Packing Slip inside the parcel.
- Drop the package at any courier location.
Please note all shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs – we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Living Green Homes reserves the right to decline any return that, at its discretion, does not comply with our return policy – including cases of excessive or abusive return patterns, or items re-shipped as a courtesy following a report of non-receipt.

Final sale — no returns on paint products
Due to the nature of mineral-based and specialty coatings, the following products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- EcoVeil All-Natural Purifying Shikkui Paint
- Shikkui Sora
- Shikkui Primer
These products are custom-batched, moisture-sensitive, and classified as specialty building materials, which makes resale, storage, and transport unsafe and unreliable once shipped.
Please review product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@livinggreenhomes.org with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reports submitted beyond this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider several business days to process the transaction.
Lost order (item not received)
We take every measure to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. However, once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If you suspect your order is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Customer satisfaction is our priority, and while we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we'll always do our best to support you with claims and resolution guidance.
Living Green Homes monitors lost order claims and reserves the right to decline any claim that, at its sole discretion, appears to reflect excessive behavior.
